To attend Fresh Market 2024, you need to register on the event website here and purchase the Standard Package or upgrade to the Premium Package.
We publish a list of buyers who have confirmed their participation at Fresh Market 2024 on freshmarket.eu under the tab “Retail chains”. This list is updated continuously up to the event day. Usually, representatives of more than 20 retail chains from Poland and selected chains from the Central European region participate in Fresh Market.
Fresh Market organizers will contact registrants to arrange meetings with retail chain buyers and assign appointment numbers.Contact dates from our side:
a) 09th September – with companies designated by retail chains, sponsors, Premium registrants, Standard registrants by the end of May
b) 10th September – with registered Standard until the end of June
c) 11th September – with registered Standard until the end of July
d) 12th September – with registered Standard until the end of August
e) 13th September – with registered Standard from 1st September
Printed numbers showing the order of appointments will be given to you in the morning at the reception of the event, along with your badge. One meeting with the buyers from retail chains lasts 10-15 minutes.
After registration, you get access to our platform at freshmarket.eu where you have to create your profile and provide information about your company to be added to the company database. Then you can select as many buyers as you like from the list of Fresh Market 2023 invitees and express your interest in meeting them. Your inquiry will be sent to all selected buyers.
Buyers can choose the companies they want to meet with. One week before the meeting, participants will be informed of the possibility of the meetings proposed by the buyers and will be able to opt in.
The number of participants at Fresh Market 2024 is limited so that you can be sure to speak to representatives of the five retail chains. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will meet the specific representatives you are interested in. If necessary, we have introduced a Happy Hour in the form of speed dating between 16:00 and 17:00, during which everyone can approach selected buyers, exchange business cards and leave their offers.
— The easiest way is to buy a Premium Package, by attending in 2 people, coming to the event in the morning, you will meet all the present retail chains.
— By coming in 4 people, by registering very early for the event, you have the chance to have all the meetings using only the Standard Package.
At Fresh Market 2023, there will be booths for meetings with buyers in online form. There will be no pre-arranged order of appointments. Everyone will be able to approach a selected stand with a computer and monitor to have a meeting.
There will be dedicated stands for distributors and importers on the venue (Importers area). Each attendee will have the opportunity to approach and talk to selected distributors. You can follow the list of distributors on freshmarket.eu under the ‘Distributors’ tab.
— The basic package includes 2 entries about the company in the printed catalogs Winter & Spring 2024/2025 (publication September 2024) and Fresh Market Guide 2024/25 (publication January 2025), as well as the online catalog on freshmarket.eu.
— The extended advertising package includes 2 entries about the company and 2 advertisements ½ A4 page in the printed catalogs Winter & Spring 2024/2025 (publication September 2024) and Fresh Market Guide 2024/25 (publication January 2025), as well as the online catalog at freshmarket.eu. In addition, it also includes a one-page article about the company in the September catalog and on fresh-market.pl (the leading news service in Poland with current stock market prices for fruit and vegetables).
