Firstly, you should register for Fresh Market 2025 as a participant or exhibitor, then fill in the Fresh Market Award 2025 application form here. You can also contact us directly at freshmarket@freshmarket.eu.

The candidate product may be:

  • fresh or processed fruit, vegetables;
  • flowers as a new variety or known on the market but offered in new releases;
  • packaging;
  • technical equipment or services for the industry.

After filling in the application form, within 10 working days you will receive a reply from the organizer about product qualification to the contest.

The cost of submitting product is 490 EUR for one product.

The competition runs from 1 June to 18 September 2025. The deadline for the application of products is 20 August 2025. The earlier you report your product, the greater the chance of promoting the product.
