Fresh Market 2025 – Unique B2B Meetings for the Fruit, Vegetable, and Floral Industry
Fresh Market is a unique B2B event organized in Ożarów Mazowiecki at MCC Mazurkas, which reverses the traditional trade fair model. Unlike classic exhibitions where suppliers have their own booths, at Fresh Market, retail chains occupy the main stands, and suppliers approach them directly for individual business meetings.
This key difference makes Fresh Market the most effective way to establish cooperation with retail chains, distributors, and importers. Thanks to a unique meeting scheduling system, each participant has the opportunity to speak directly with decision-makers responsible for purchasing in retail and wholesale chains.
Registration and Preparation
📅 Online registration opens in March and continues until September 5, 2025.
🔹 During registration, provide basic details about your company and offered products.
🔹 After registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit detailed company and product information to help organizers effectively match you with suitable retail chains.
🔹 Early registration significantly increases your chances of meeting preferred buyers.
Scheduling Meetings with Retail Chain Buyers
📅 Between September 8–13, organizers will contact participants to schedule meetings with selected retail chains.
🔹 Meetings are planned according to the order of registration and the selected participation package (Premium or Standard). Early registrants have priority in selecting meetings, and Premium package participants have priority over Standard package participants who registered on the same day.
🔹 The final meeting schedule will be sent to participants a week before the event.
Event Day Schedule – September 17, 2025
🔹 08:30–09:00 – Registration at the MCC Mazurkas reception, collection of ID badges and meeting tickets.
🔹 09:00–10:00 – Official opening of Fresh Market and start of the Exhibitor Hub.
🔹 10:00–13:00 – Individual business meetings with retail chains (each meeting lasts approx. 10 minutes).
🔹 13:00–14:00 – Lunch break and networking.
🔹 14:00–16:00 – Continuation of scheduled business meetings.
🔹 16:00–17:00 – Happy Hour – informal networking sessions with retail chains.
🔹 17:00–18:00 – Voting for the most innovative product (Fresh Market Award 2025).
🔹 17:00–20:00 – Cocktail Dinner Party – evening gala and informal business talks.

🔹 Fresh Market focuses exclusively on fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and plants. Companies offering other product categories may participate in the event but will not be included in scheduled meetings with retail chain buyers.

🔹 Participants who wish to deliver product samples to the event venue can do so by sending them to the event address with the note “Fresh Market 2025” clearly marked. Shipments should arrive 1–2 days before the event, but participants must notify the organizers in advance to coordinate the delivery details. Please contact the organizers directly for assistance.
